This side-dish can be served on a bed of lettuce or by itself. The maple syrup brings out the natural sweetness of the carrots.
- 1 cup carrots, peeled and grated
- 1/3 cup raisins
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup
- a pinch of salt
2. Serve immediately, or refrigerate and serve chilled.
Served with rice and asparagus. |
